The chicken is very tender, deliciously marinated in some spices and grilled. It has a hint of spiciness, but not much as to overcome the sweet creamy gravy on top of it. I would say the yellowness comes from turmeric, perhaps..

Thanks for recommending this dish. Chicken Milani. I like Kapitan's dish, claypot briyani, tandoori and Lassi, but never try this before. Will give it a try.
